1. What This Website Is

This private reference site is independent of every government office. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve them for users, conduct official checks, or submit forms on anyone's behalf.

Its information routes readers to the McNairy County Sheriff's Office, Circuit Court Clerk, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and Tennessee Sex Offender Registry, along with outside tools that may assist lawful personal research. Government-record access is controlled by the Tennessee Public Records Act, including T.C.A. §§ 10-7-503 and 10-7-506, and by other laws that protect restricted material.

McNairy County Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not create credit reports, background checks, or consumer reports. Its advertising partners likewise are not presented as sources for FCRA decisions. You may not use this site or a linked tool to:
